You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown by carrier tracking.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in original condition. You must return them with original packaging and all tags attached. You must provide your order number as proof of purchase.
Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Email info@clarcksale.sbs with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for the return. If you are returning items due to damage, a defect, or a wrong item, attach clear photos.
Wait for us to send return instructions before shipping anything back. Do not ship items without authorization. Returns shipped without authorization may be refused or experience processing delays.
Return Shipping Cost
Clarcksale pays return shipping for all eligible returns.
If you are returning items because they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label after we confirm the issue.
If you are returning items for any other reason, we also pay the return shipping cost.
No restocking fees apply to any return.
Refund Timing
After we receive your return, we inspect the items within one business day. We approve refunds within one business day of completing the inspection.
We issue refunds to the original payment method you used at checkout.
Your financial institution may require an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Because all orders receive free shipping, no outbound shipping fee is refunded.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package returns to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because you refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any carrier return fees incurred may be deducted from refunds when applicable.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, contact us. Exchanges depend on whether the item is available. When the item you want is not available for exchange, we process a refund instead.
